Marcos: Yeah and its only 1000 BSF a month.
Jean: Oh thats cool no that expensive. How many rooms are there?
Marcos: Nine, Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a laundry room.
Jean: Is there a garage?
Marcos: No, there isnt but it has a parking lot.
Jean: Wow. Thats great!
